U-10 Boys Complete Undefeated Season!!

Fall 2009

 

Team Ohio’s mean green U-10 machine finished an undefeated and untied Fall season with a 4-1 win in their final MOSSL league game.  The boys finished the Fall at 22-0-0 with 91 goals scored and allowed only 26 goals against. In addition to winning the MOSSL league title, the boys won three tournaments including the Cincinnati Cup, the Mead Cup and the Ohio Cup.

Team Green Rolls to the Ohio Cup!!

October 17-18, 2009

 

Team Ohio Green rolled through the final tournament of the Fall season by winning all three of their games at the US Club Soccer Ohio Cup.

Team Green Captures The Mead Cup!!

September 5-7, 2009

 

Team Ohio Green celebrated the Labor Day weekend by winning 5 straight games to capture the U-10 Five Star Division at the Mead Cup.  Strong defense was the key in pool play as the Green limited its opponents to 4 goals while winning 3 games to land a spot in the championship bracket. On Monday morning, the offense exploded leading the way to a 6-1 semi-final win over Warren County Blue. In the Championship game, the boys raced to a 3-0 lead and kept up the pressure to win 5-3 in a hard fought game.

TO Green wins the United Cup!!

August 15 & 16, 2009

 

Team Ohio Green got off to a very strong start over the weekend, winning the U10 Gold Division at the Cincinnati United Cup.  The offense exploded into the season with 18 goals over 4 games including a 5-0 win in the championship game.  The defense was outstanding all weekend as the boys only allowed 2 goals and posted 3 shutout victories.

Great job by all the boys and keep up the excellent start to the Fall season!!
