Champions - US Club Soccer State Cup
Juventus won the US Club State Cup for the 3rd year in a row. The boys opened the tournament against Ohio Premier Red from Ohio North. The game was shortened due to a fog delay. As a result, there was very little flow to the game and it ended 0-0. The 2nd game found the boys matched up with
Everest SC from Ohio North. The boys dominated in a 5-0 victory. For the 3rd game, it was a rematch of last year’s Cup final as we played Olentangy Classics FC. The boys were able to control much of the match and cruised to a 2-0 victory. In the final, we faced the always talented Sycamore Arsenal Premier. The 1st half did not offer much action as both teams looked fatigued. The play in the 2nd half picked up and there were several close chances for both teams. The game went to PK’s where Trent (GK) was great and extended his shootout record to 4-0 as the boys made each kick and won in 4 kicks. Thanks to Alex and

Champions - Metro United Fall Classic
The boys had an unbelievable run to capture the championship of the Metro United Fall Classic in
St Louis . The boys started out with a strong showing in defeating the very big Mequon SC Red. The next match found the boys coming on top with a win over Chicago Magic. For the 3rd game, the boys just needed a tie to advance and did so with a 1-1 draw against a physical WAZA FC team. The semis found the boys matched up against a very talented Chicago Blast team. This game was played very fast and at an extremely high level. We were able to come out on top with a 2-0 victory. The finals found us matched up with Michigan Elite. Both teams were very tired from the long weekend and it showed.
Michigan carried the play in the first half and went to half up 1-0. Juventus dominated play in the second half and was able to tie the game sending it to a shootout. The boys were able to take care of business in PK’s to earn the championship!
Buckeye Premier League - 2nd Place
The boys had a strong showing in their first season in Buckeye Premier. We were able to recruit several strong teams from the surrounding states to participate. As a result, we had great compeition against Carmel United, FC Evansville, NK United....along with several strong in state teams like Metro FC, Olentnagy Classics FC, Blast, and Classics/Hammer FC Premier.
MEAD CUSA Cup
The boys started the tournament off with a comfortable 3-0 victory over Ann Arbor Arsenal. The 2nd game found us matched up with the improving WC United Blue. It took a late goal to get a much deserved 1-0 victory. The 3rd game found the boys matched up with Pacesetter Premier. The boys needed a victory to advance due to goal differential. The boys learned a valuable lesson on how to handle physical play in what would become the trend of many opponents this fall. Pacesetter was able to slow Juventus down and sneak out with a 1-1 tie to advance out of group play and finish in 2nd place in the always tough CUSA Cup.
