Finally, if you are interested in getting information about the upcoming (November/December) Youth 4 v 4 Skill Development league for U9-U14 Boys and Girls, please check the SuperKick Web site. The link is http://www.superkickcolumbus.com/YouthLeagues.html . The league starts the last weekend of October and runs through 12/20. If you decide to coordinate and submit multiple teams in an age group and wish to mix rosters week to week to promote team and player development, that can be done, as the focus is skill development. Teams do not need coaches (some do at the younger age groups), many have parent supervisors, but the older age groups typically manage themselves, it is part of putting the game in the players’ hands. The pace promotes conditioning, players get exponentially more touches than traditional indoor, and the format places a premium on skill and creativity. Plus, it is a lot of fun.
