Team Ohio FC is fortunate to have one of the best coaching staffs in the midwest. Under the leadership of Director of Coaching, Steve Dawson (head coach at Wittenberg University), and Youth Director of Coaching, Gerry D’Arcy (head coach at Otterbein College) Team Ohio’s coaching staff has enjoyed unprecedented success winning five state cup championships in 2007.
Maintaining the standard of our coaching staff is an ongoing priority and will continue to be central to our mission at Team Ohio FC. We try to match coaches to teams based not only upon coaching competence and credentials, but also upon the "fit" of the coach’s personality, style, and expectations, with those of the team players and parents. We are fortunate in having a dedicated group of coaches.
